September 24-26, 2025 | Rockwall, Texas

Join us September 24-26 in Rockwall, Texas, for the 2025 TMVA Annual Convention, an inspiring celebration of women making their mark in the vending industry. With a playful nod to Barbie, this year’s theme embraces the power of presence, perseverance, and PINK (!), shining a spotlight on the women who are leading, building, and shaping our industry every day.

Why Barbie?

With our first female president at the helm, 2025 felt like the perfect time to highlight the strong women shaping the future of our industry. And who better to embody that spirit than Barbie? She’s been everything (a doctor, an Olympic athlete, an Air Force Pilot) and done everything (gone to space, gotten married, driven in NASCAR) and looks great doing it… just like the incredible women leading innovation and growth in vending, micro markets, and office coffee across Texas.

What Can You Expect?

Over three days, we’ll gather for dynamic sessions, hands-on learning, and real conversations about what it takes to thrive in a space traditionally dominated by men. But this event is not just for women! TMVA is all about community. The more we expand, the stronger we become as an industry. By attending, you will:

  • Hear expert-led panels, roundtables, and sessions that dig into key topics like market trends, mergers and acquisitions, and how to navigate a rapidly shifting economy.
  • Receive resources for small and new operators, with programming designed to support the next generation of vending leaders.
  • Support legislation at the state and national level that directly impacts every part of our business, operators and suppliers alike.

Keynote Announced!

We are pleased to welcome Stephanie Stuckey, chair of Stuckey’s Corporation, as our keynote speaker for this year’s convention. If you don’t know Stuckey’s, they are the home of the original pecan log roll and makers of other delicious pecan snacks!

Stephanie is the Chair and granddaughter of Stuckey’s Corporation founder WS “Sylvester” Stuckey, Sr. She holds a JD and has served in various public sector roles, giving her a unique perspective about rebuilding a company and restoring profitability in a rocky climate. We can’t wait to see what she has in store for us (hopefully some pecan log rolls)!
