What size is my booth?
- Single exhibitor booths are 10' x 10'.
- Double exhibitor booths are 10' x 20'.
Note:
- Diamond sponsorships include two booths.
- Gold and Platinum sponsorships include one booth.
Do I need to purchase power?
Power is not automatically included with your booth. If your booth requires an electrical drop, it is a fee of $160 for 120 volts (20 amps). Click here to purchase power.
How do I ship materials to the venue?
The Kalahari Resort has an on-site FedEx Office that handles booth shipping and receiving.

How are booths assigned?
A member of the TMVA team will reach out directly to each sponsor/exhibitor to discuss booth selection and table needs — tables are not auto-assigned, so let us know if yours needs one.
